Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Hey guys!! I made this recipe a couple of weeks back, and wow oh wow it was so good! It was a big hit with my family. This recipe is insanely easy to make but sooo incredibly delightful. I came across a similar recipe on Pinterest and I wanted to make it so badly, so I did but I tweaked it a tiny bit! This was my first time making a crisp and I definitely will be making more and experimenting with different fruits, which I’ll share with you all when I make them!


  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup melted butter


Add all sauce ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil

To make the crumble topping, place all ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Take half and press onto bottom of your greased pan or dish, now add your fruit sauce over-top

Add remaining crumble to top and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until golden brown!

Enjoy with some vanilla icecream 😀
